(WALB) - [UPDATE: Dec. 16, 4:55 p.m.] The second inmate who had escaped the Colquitt County Jail on the morning of Dec. 16 has been captured, the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) announced just before 5 p.m. Karon Caldwell was taken into custody by the CCSO, officials announced less than an hour after sharing that Alan Kennedy was captured.
